Pathophysiology

Apoptosis can occur as normal cell death or as a pathologic activity. Consider the normal circumstances of apoptosis, giving examples, and then consider pathologic conditions that involve apoptosis. Describe the ways in which normal and pathological apoptosis differ and ways in which they are the same.
